With a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Ruth is proficient in gathering and analyzing data, reviewing literature, and synthesizing findings to inform evidence-based decision-making and policy
formulation in the field of climate change, disaster risk, natural resources and environmental management, as well as sustainable development.

Ruth is a passionate advocate for environmental sustainability and social justice. She leverages her communication skills and advocacy expertise to raise awareness on climate change, env, NR and DRM issues, mobilize support for policy reforms, and promote equitable and inclusive solutions. Ruth is experienced in engaging with stakeholders at various levels; community, district, national and international to drive positive change.

As the Programmes Manager, Ruth oversees the designing, planning, implementation, and evaluation of a diverse portfolio of projects and initiatives in the areas of climate change adaptation, climate change mitigation, Disaster risk management, and Loss and Damage. She excels in developing winning proposals and in project management, ensuring that activities are executed efficiently, resources are effectively utilized, and project goals are achieved within specified timelines. Ruth's leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to foster collaboration among team members contributes to the successful delivery of projects with measurable impact.
