Frank Kansale is a passionate M&E Specialist with a strong background in project/program design and Monitoring and Evaluation. Having previously worked as M&E Intern at Zomba District, Assistant Programming M&E Manager for Farm Income Diversification Program (FIDP), MEAL Officer for Rays of Hope Sponsorship program, he has helped managements in the organisations and institutions he has worked for to make data driven decisions for the successful improvements of people's livelihoods. In his 8 years experience in M&E across different thematic areas, Frank has maintained hard work, dedication and integrity.

Frank joined Civil Society Network on Climate Change (CISONECC) in June, 2023 as a MEAL Officer responsible for the network's programs and projects MEAL Systems.  Since he joined the network, Frank has 

been supporting different projects: Promoting Equitable Access to clean Energy (PEACE), JOA, SIDA, Commonwealth, CASE etc. In addition to this, he has also been acquainted to various crucial documents and policies in the environmental sector. He is gaining insights into the importance of understanding policies and documents to drive meaningful change in the environmental sector, and on how M&E knowledge and skills can be harnessed to create a powerful impact in advocating for environmental rights.

Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies and a diploma in M&E both from the Catholic University of Malawi. Diploma in Philosophy and Social Sciences from Kachebere Major Seminary. Currently he is finalizing on masters in Development Studies from University of Malawi.
