Ms. Chifuniro Salome Gundasi, is a passionate climate justice advocate and an expert in land governance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Economy Degree from University of Malawi, The Polytechnic. Ms. Gundasi brings a deep understanding of the intricate link between land and climate, wielding her knowledge to advocate for positive change.

She has demonstrably applied these skills in various endeavors, from spearheading climate change and disaster risk management programs to conducting insightful research on sustainable land practices. Currently, Ms. Gundasi serves as a Programme Officer
for Loss and Damage Action Research Project, where she plays a pivotal role in leading implementation of programs. Her work empowers communities to adapt to climate change and build resilience, ensuring a more equitable and sustainable future for Malawi.
